How to Use:
Lightly spray NELLIE TIER Face Mist morning and night after cleansing with NELLIE TIER Face Cleansing Oil and before applying your favourite NELLIE TIER Face Cream, Night Cream or Face Oil. Use frequently during the day to refresh and hydrate the skin.
